Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

 

No shipments or deliveries will occur on weekends or holidays. In the event that Soul Sistah Healing is experiencing a high volume of orders, please expect a delay. If we have a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone number provided at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Soul Sistah Healing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Soul Sistah Healing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless it was a mistake on our behalf. If you received your order damaged or it has been confirmed as delivered, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Soul Sistah Healing does not offer international shipping at this moment.

Returns Policy

All items are non-refundable except for packages lost on our behalf or flaws found in customized items made by our craftsperson (as long as all items are returned in original packaging). If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at Contact@SoulSistahHealing.com for return approval. Please include the order number, purchaser name, contact info, and return reason. We reserve the right to deny any returns or refunds without the properly requested information. 

 

Upon return approval, you will have 7 days to mail out your return items. Items returned after 7 days of return approval will NOT be refunded or exchanged. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and the tracking for those items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
